My personal, unscientific, rough and statistically unfounded report after 4 days in #sevastopol on #crimea : In depth conversations with 4 different locals, all of them glad they were secured by #Russia preventing a certain massacre and spread of the warzone there. One of them despite losing his #Ukraine based job. Their estimates of public support for the change range from 70% to 97%. There are all possible products and luxuries available, exept for fresh milk. At the fact that I have to fly out through Moscow, because noone else takes transports from this 'occupied territory', the tourist agency staff rolled their eyes and locals laughed. The peninsula is still trying to get Ukraine out of their system in some ways. Out of all number plates an estimated 40% are still Ukrainian (though almost a quarter of these have little Russian flags somewhere on the vehicle, 30% with Russian stickers over the Ukrainian plate, and 30% new Russian plates (might include old-Russian visitors). Please note that this is only about the Crimean question and doesn't mean I have any overall loyalty or bias towards any side or entity. #truth #objectivism #moralphilosophy #thought #unfiltered- Little western spy Tommy over and out #piccollage http://instagram.com/p/sJ1oKQgUH8/
